How To Save On Nissan's Top Seller Rogue SUV
Nissan has deep roots in the United States, having gotten its start as Datsun building cars since 1983 at its factory in Smyrna, Tennessee. The 2024 Nissan Rogue got a styling refresh, with new wheels, grille, taillights, body cladding, and three brand new colors. Right now, Nissan has a number of great incentives on the Rogue. You just might be able to get an amazing price on a brand new car.
The Rogue is Nissan’s best selling model. All new for the 2021 model year, the Rogue got a slight refresh for 2024, starting just a hair over $29k, and has brand new block-based styling that somewhat resembles the 1980s Pathfinder. The Rogue aims squarely at the center of the compact-SUV market with an easygoing drive, everyday practicality, and a broad trim walk that lets you choose between value, style, and near-luxury.
A 201 horsepower / 225 lb-ft of torque turbo engine is standard (with just three cylinders!), and all wheel drive is optional if you are going to “go Rogue” off-road. While its sixteen second quarter mile time isn’t going to tear up your local drag strip, the Rogue still packs a ton of value into a great package. Its fuel-miserly powerplant eeks out a very respectable 37 MPG highway rating in front wheel drive (or 35 mpg in all wheel drive) — excellent numbers for a vehicle of its size. Beautiful optional quilted semi-aniline leather seats class up the top-of-the-line Rogue Platinum trim, and would not look out of place on a Mercedes Maybach. Platinum trim has stunning 19-inch wheels.

The lineup begins with the S, which delivers the core Rogue experience without frills: the efficient VC-Turbo powertrain, Safety Shield 360 driver-assistance tech, and the practical packaging that has made this model a family favorite. One of the most popular Rogue models is the value-packed SV trim. It comes with remote engine start, 18 inch alloy wheels, optional two-tone paint packages (with black roof), and collision safety system. All of this on top of the base Rogue’s standard features and 5-Star NHTSA safety rating, with automated emergency braking that has pedestrian detection, blind spot monitoring, and adaptive cruise control that has a semi-autonomous driving mode. Nissan’s powertrain warranty covers five years or 60,000 miles, and a limited warranty covers three years and 36,000 miles.
Rock Creek trim is the adventure-leaning branch of the family. It stands out with beadlock-style 17-inch wheels wrapped in all-terrain tires, a black tubular roof rack, Lava Red accents, and hill descent control. The look is bolder, the hardware is better suited to rough trailheads or snowy access roads, and the interior trim reads more outdoorsy while keeping the same easy-to-live-with footprint. If your weekends include gravel, muddy car parks, or gear on the roof, Rock Creek’s added traction and utility make sense without turning the Rogue into something it isn’t. (Nissan USA)
Right now Nissan is offering 0% APR on 2025 Rogues for 60 months plus $1,750 bonus cash as the model year winds down — 2026 models only get a 2.9% APR and do not get the cash. They also have lease packages for $279 a month for 36 months with $3,559 down. Nissan also offers $500 recent grad cash and $500 military discount offers. Rogue’s attractive starting msrp is just $28,590, so be sure to check local dealers for a great deal on a Nissan Rogue and any region-specific pricing. Cast a wide net using the dealer inventory tool and compare multiple stores within a reasonable driving radius; despite national promotions, not all dealers price the same, and some will be more aggressive on in-stock colors or option packages. Ask every store for an out-the-door price that includes taxes and fees, and be selective about add-ons like paint protection, VIN etching, maintenance packages, and extra alarm systems—polite declines on extras can save hundreds or even thousands.
